Create The Best Relationships – October 3 Workshop

Daniel and Shauna Prince of Prince Coaching and Consulting will be hosting a three hour workshop in partnership with She’s Hungry on building authentic and beautiful relationships. Humans are meant to be in relationship and community, and creating awesome relationships takes conscious work.

Learn how to navigate tricky relationship situations, have difficult conversations, and create the relationships you’ve only dreamt of (think life partner, business partner, boss, colleague etc.) by being a master communicator.

Workshop to be held at Urban 6.00 – 9.00 p.m. on October 3 at Urban Office 4949 SW Macadam Ave, Portland, OR 97239. Free parking available on site.

Inspire Your Path Forward – August 8 Workshop

Daniel and Shauna Prince will be hosting a three hour workshop in partnership with She’s Hungry where we explore what it’s like to actually create work you want to do around the goals you’re dying to accomplish. Great, right? We are kicking out the “shoulds” and creating action around WANT.

Everyone knows they “should” be writing down their goals, but most people don’t, or they don’t do it effectively. Learn how to create goals that you’re excited about and that have you motivated to take action in your life (the secret to getting things moving is ACTION). Generate a series of goals and action plans to start creating your dream life.

**All workshops will be first come, first serve and will be limited to 15 spots per workshop**

Workshop to be held at Urban 5.30 – 8.30 p.m. on August 8 at Urban Office 4949 SW Macadam Ave, Portland, OR 97239. Portland, OR. Free parking available on site.

Get Free From Your Past – July 25 Workshop

Daniel and Shauna Prince will be hosting this three hour deep dive workshop in partnership with She’s Hungry on letting go of your judgement and past expectations whether that’s through success or failures to help clear the way for a bigger, better, YES future.

Most of us create our future based on what we’ve done or achieved (or not achieved) in the past. This is totally normal, and it severely limits what we think is realistic or even possible. By doing processes to get complete on how the past has gone (past jobs, relationships, family stuff, limiting beliefs) we’ll free your mind to create space for the future you actually want, day by day. This is a great way to decrease anxiety and your inner critic, and experience freedom, clarity and creativity.

**All workshops will be first come, first serve and will be limited to 15 spots per workshop.**

Workshop to be held at Urban 5.30 – 8.30 p.m. on July 25 at Urban Office 4949 SW Macadam Ave, Portland, OR 97239. Portland, OR.
